960th OSF changes commanders

Col. Richard Wallace, 960th Cyber Operations Group commander, presents the Meritorious Service Medal to Lt. Col. Jarvis Croff, outgoing commander of the 960th Operations Support Flight, during the 960th OSF change of command ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, Feb. 5, 2023. Lt. Col. Croff is distinguished in his performance of outstanding service wherein he was responsible for the formation of the first Air Force Reserve Command cyberspace operations support unit and driving innovation in information warfare and cyber strategic growth.
