Riojas, commander’s support staff for the 960th Cyberspace Wing, for his tenure with the unit and presents Riojas a coin at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas on January 6, 2023. Lt. Gen. Kennedy met with the 960th Cyberspace Wing to receive an immersion brief and discuss workforce organization among cyberspace forces.
