General Radliff delivers opening remarks

Maj. Gen. Bryan Radliff, Tenth Air Force commander, gives his opening remarks to unit leaders during the numbered Air Force's annual Combat Planning Council in Fort Worth, Texas, April 5, 2022. The CPC brings together all 17 of Tenth's units to prioritize unit equipment upgrades for funding via National Guard and Reserve Equipment Appropriations. These critical requirements improve and enhance lethality, reduce costs, and make the equipment more effective.
