CATCH gives investigators chance to identify serial offenders

The Catch a Serial Offender (CATCH) program gives sexual assault victims making a restricted report the opportunity to anonymously disclose suspect information to help the Department of Defense identify serial offenders. CATCH allows adult sexual assault victims (active duty, retired and their adult dependents) to discover if their attacker may have also assaulted another person, and having that knowledge, decide whether to convert their restricted report to unrestricted to initiate an investigation of the serial offender suspect.
