Col. Anthony M. Perkins, 960th Cyberspace Oper-ations Group com-mander passes the flag to Lt. Col. Ricky Hornsby, who assumed com-mand of the 55th Combat Communi-cations Squadron during a ceremony at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., Nov. 6.
