The verdict is in!

Lt. Col. John Wigglesworth, 960th Cyber Operations Group Staff Judge Advocate, was named the recipient of the Donald C. Rasher Award. Wigglesworth was cited for his skilled direction of the TRIALS program (Teaching by Reservists In Advocacy and Litigation Skills), a worldwide program of intensive instruction in trial advocacy, planning and matching resources for all TRIALS offerings as well as teaching in several of the programs.
