Tracking Santa: spreading cheer, serving country

U.S. Air Force Reserve Lt. Col. Stan Richister, 960th Network Operations Squadron director of operations, and more than 1,500 other volunteers from Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., and the surrounding communities answer calls during the NORAD Tracks Santa program, Dec. 24, 2015. The volunteers fielded nearly 141,000 calls from around the world starting at 6 a.m. EST on Christmas Eve, detailing the whereabouts of Santa for adults and children alike.
