During the all-call question-and-answer session, Healy and Nuñez stressed the importance of effective communication, collaboration, accountability, and above all, readiness within the Total Force.

"What it gets down to is making sure that we’re essentially communicating effectively, we’re collaborating where we need to and we’re making sure that everybody is accountable," Healy said. "But above all, we have to make sure we’re acting and getting into our foundational activity which is, first, foremost and always, readiness."

Throughout the immersion, the 960th CW demonstrated operational readiness and cutting-edge capabilities that directly impact AFRC’s strategic decision-making for a more lethal and effective force. The gained insights from the visit will shape future guidance and training for Citizen Airmen to counter emerging threats and ensure sustained cyberspace superiority for the Air Force.
