JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-Lackland, Texas -- Lieutenant Colonel Jason Brosseau assumed command of the 689th Network Operations Squadron from Colonel Richard Wallace during an assumption of command ceremony at Air University’s Thomas N. Barnes Center for Enlisted Education, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama on Dec. 6, 2024. The 689th NOS is a geographically separated unit of the 960th COG located at Joint Base San Antonio-Chapman Training Annex, Texas.
