Express Scripts administers the TRICARE Pharmacy Program. As described in the TRICARE Pharmacy Program Handbook, the TRICARE Pharmacy Program provides prescription drug coverage for all TRICARE beneficiaries. Your coverage is the same regardless of your TRICARE health plan, unless you have the US Family Health Plan (USFHP). If you have USFHP, you aren’t eligible for the TRICARE pharmacy benefit. You must use USFHP pharmacy providers.
