The DSE is open to students completing their junior or third year or above of a full-time bachelors program with an expected graduation in Spring 2023, who are looking to participate in a rewarding developmental experience. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, have a strong academic record (cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale), and possess outstanding communication skills. Students who successfully complete the program may be eligible for conversion to a permanent position after graduation, if all requirements are met.
